Manufacturer-Info Minichamps is a die-cast car producer founded as "Paul's Model Art GmbH" in 1990 in Germany. The excellent quality has been appreciated not only by car manufacturers, many of whom, like Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche and BMW, have entrusted Minichamps with the production of official car replicas, but also by model car collectors. In 1996 they started to make Saabs in 1:43. Model-InfoA few colours were sold only by Minichamps and others were available only in the "Saab Model Car-Collection" through Saab-dealers. Special / Limited EditionA Dutch Convertible-Club used this yellow 900 for their "Monte Carlo Challenge" in 1998 or 1999. A very rare item because only 15 yellow models were made. Also it is sure that one red Convertible and two other colours (each one) are existing. |
