Manufacturer-Info â€Asahi Toy Company†(ATC) was founded 1950 in Tokyo, Japan. They were a major postwar builder of mechanical and battery-operated toys. They initially used tin plate, and then moved into 1/43rd scale die-cast toys and later worked with plastic. Asahi's disposition remains unclear to this day. Does anybody know more about?
