Universal Hobbies (Eagle-Collectibles / Jumbo Way), does anybody know more about this brand?

The Baja red Sonett III is very rare, probably only a few were produced. This one in my collection was on display at the Nürnberg Toy-Fair 2004. Does anybody know why this colour was not produced like the other ones?

D1 - Bumpers:

D2 - Front-grill:
-- V1 – three chrome-strips (1970-1971)
-- V2 – one chrome-strip (1972-1974)
D3 - Wheels:
-- V1 – standard steel (1970-1971)
-- V2 – alloy ‘soccer-ball’ (1972-1974)
