The man behind B.D.B. Holland is Bouwe de Boer. He made highly detailed white-metal and resin kits, but also ready-built models. He has started to offer models of various French prototypes in 87th scale in 1976, after been making models in 1/43 since 1972. All 1/87 scale models and kits were made in a very limited run.

The photos are showing a prototype (the light grey one), which was announced in 2005. All other photos are showing serial-kits with metal base.
